Trading name / DBA: The Bougie Travel Club / BTC. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as BTC is not required to designate one under Article 37 GDPR.

The Bougie Travel Club is a registered retail travel agency licensed by the Generalitat Valenciana — Comunitat Valenciana. License number: CV-AVC002790-V. Registration file: AVC01/2026/81. Registration date: 12 August 2026. This registration authorizes BTC to operate as a travel agency within the territory of the Comunitat Valenciana under Law 15/2018 and Decree 101/2018.

BTC maintains insolvency protection as required by EU Package Travel Directive (Directive (EU) 2015/2302) and Spanish law. Indemnification limit: €100,000 per claim and per insurance year, with no deductible. BTC maintains professional civil liability insurance covering both professional liability and general operating liability. Insurer: Hiscox SA, Sucursal en España (CIF W-0185688-I, DGSFP registry key E231), registered office at c/ Miguel Ángel 11, 4ª planta, 28010 Madrid, brokered through Grupo Innovac Sociedad de Correduría de Seguros, S.A. Hiscox SA is a Luxembourg-domiciled insurer operating in Spain under the right-of-establishment regime, supervised by the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA) of Luxembourg and the DGSFP in Spain; the Spanish insurance-entity liquidation regime does not apply. Policy number: INNO000828. Covered modules: Professional Civil Liability and General Civil Liability (including operating and employer liability). Indemnification limit: €600,000 per claim and per insurance period for each module, with an aggregate limit of €1,800,000 across all modules and sections. Territorial scope: worldwide.
